Cornwall Roof Tents is a trading name for WOWooO Ltd. Established in 2007, WOWooO sells a large range of products from Sports & Outdoors through to Christmas lights.
Our business unit in Probus has spare capacity for much of the year and in 2024 we decided to expand our outdoor range to include roof tents. Our inspiration for this being our own roof tent that has been stored in our unit over winter.
The Unit makes a great showroom with space to display a range of roof tents and accessories, as well as install them.
WOWooO is mostly an online business, but we wanted our new venture to serve people living in Cornwall and visiting Cornwall. Also, we wanted the new name to clearly reflect what we do. Hence, after much deliberation Cornwall Roof Tents was born, complete with this new website.

We sell a range of roof tents and also stock a lot of outdoor brands that complement roof tents and so will be offering those here too.

About Rentals
Our original plan was to offer roof tent rentals, and we tried this in 2024. However, it wasn’t that popular and insurance was expensive, so we stopped offering it.
Part of the issue is that there are a range of roof tents and ones that are good for renting are not necessarily the best ones for your vehicle and requirements. Suitable roof bars are also needed.
We are still considering whether we could make rentals work in the future, but are not currently offering them.
If you are unsure about purchasing one, we’d suggest visiting the showroom and trying them out there. You will get a good idea as to whether it is for you or not!
