Terms and Conditions

Cornwall Roof Tents is a trading name of WOWooO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to all orders placed through the Cornwall Roof Tents website: www.cornwallrooftents.uk.

1. About Us

Cornwall Roof Tents is operated by WOWooO Ltd and primarily serves as a physical showroom based in Cornwall, UK, where customers can view and learn more about our range of roof tents and accessories. Orders may also be placed online or via direct communication.

2. Ordering and Vehicle Suitability

If you are purchasing a roof tent, you must contact us in advance to confirm both availability and suitability for your vehicle. Orders may be cancelled or delayed if this step is not followed.

You may be asked to provide photo ID and confirmation of your delivery address before we dispatch a roof tent.

3. Delivery

Roof Tents:

  • We usually use a specialist two-person courier service to deliver across the UK mainland. Please refer to the product listing for additional delivery information.

  • Delivery is free for roof tents in mainland UK unless otherwise stated. Remote areas such as Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands may incur an additional charge and take longer to deliver. Please contact us for details.

  • You will be offered a choice of delivery date once your tent is booked with the courier.

Important: Please inspect the delivery on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Signing for a delivery confirms it arrived in good condition.

4. Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel:

  • Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Roof Tents:

  • Due to their size and nature, roof tents must not be fitted, used, or unpackaged if you wish to return them.

  • Return shipping for roof tents is the customer’s responsibility. If you request us to arrange collection, the cost (typically up to £100) will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you cancel your order after the item has been dispatched or a delivery slot has been booked with the courier, a cancellation fee of up to £100 may also apply.

Accessories:

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Returns must meet the same 14-day statutory requirements.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours. For roof tents, we may require photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not install or use the product if you believe it to be faulty or incomplete.

6. Showroom Visits and Installation

We recommend making an appointment to visit our showroom, but you are also welcome to drop in. Bookings can be made here.

Installation services are available for most roof tents. If you choose installation at our showroom:

  • Appointments for installations can be made here.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is compatible and suitably prepared.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and return charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

WOWooO Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products. Roof tents must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is suitable.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties outside of order processing and fulfilment purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
